News update 25th November

25th November 2022
Dear parents / carers,

What a whirlwind of a few weeks we've had!  After our full Ofsted inspection at the beginning of November we have also had a our SIAMS inspection this week.  Both were positive experiences and we can't wait to share everything the inspectors had to say as soon as the reports are published!!

Congratulations as usual to our Stars of the week and everyone who was celebrated in worship this week. This is posted on our website here.

Our cycling superstars have continued working towards the bikeability awards with another set of children gaining their level 2!

Many thanks to all the parents who attended our phonics workshops this week. We will be hosting more of these over the course of the year.

Upcoming events:
Tomorrow (Sat 26th Nov) is the Church Winter Market.  Many thanks to the singers who will be meeting me at 9.45am to entertain the guests. In addition, many thanks to the Year 6 volunteers who have agreed to help run stalls and games!

Next week is Year 3/4 bikeability and don't forget our non-uniform day on Friday 2nd December. We are politely asking for dentations for this of selection boxes / bottles of wine for our Christmas Bingo on 8th December.

We have a few places left for both our 2 year old sessions and in our 3 year old Nursery after Christmas.  If you would like to take up a place please get in touch with the office 01665 602850 - alternatively if you have friends or relatives with a children who will soon be ready for early years please get them to get in touch too!

We hope everyone has a restful weekend (it's December next week!)
